When you use the Contact or Recycle forms on this site, we collect what you type in: your name, email, and message content. There is no account creation on this site. If you pay for a Wholesale pack via PayPal, PayPal collects your payment details directly — see §4 below.
We use submitted information solely to respond to your inquiry, review your recycle submission, or fulfill a Wholesale order. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Contact and Recycle form submissions are delivered to our inbox using FormSubmit, a third-party form-to-email service. FormSubmit briefly handles your submission in transit — see their own privacy policy for details on how they process it.
When you buy from us on eBay, Depop, Poshmark, or Mercari, that platform collects and processes your payment and shipping information under its own privacy policy. For Wholesale packs paid directly on this site, PayPal collects and processes your payment information under its own privacy policy — PreOwnIt never sees or stores your card or bank details.
Messaging us on WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We use your number only to respond to your inquiry.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it (pages viewed, general location, device type) — it does not identify you personally. Google may set cookies as part of this. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
You can request that we delete any information you've submitted via the Contact or Recycle form by reaching out on our Contact page.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this policy as the site evolves — for example, once on-site checkout launches, this page will be updated to name the payment processor used.
