These terms cover your use of preownit.com and any purchase, inquiry, or submission you make through it. By using this site, you agree to the terms below.
PreOwnIt sells pre-owned, hand-restored sneakers. Every item's condition is disclosed on its individual listing at the time of sale.
Individual sneaker purchases happen on third-party marketplaces — eBay, Depop, Poshmark, and Mercari — linked from this site. Each marketplace's own terms, payment processing, buyer protections, and return policies govern that purchase. PreOwnIt does not process or store payment information for those purchases. The one exception is Wholesale packs — see below.
Wholesale packs can be paid for directly via the PayPal button on the Wholesale page, or inquired about first via WhatsApp. PayPal processes and stores your payment information under its own terms — PreOwnIt never sees or stores your card or bank details. Pricing and availability are as shown at the time of payment; if a pack's exact contents need confirming, we'll follow up with you after payment to arrange shipping.
Recycle submissions are reviewed manually before we accept any item. We may decline items that don't fit the program (see the Recycle page for what we accept). Shipping arrangements are agreed on a case-by-case basis after review — this is not an automatic free-shipping service.
Purchases are made through the marketplace where the item is listed (eBay, Depop, Poshmark, or Mercari), and that marketplace's own shipping and buyer-protection policies apply. In addition, PreOwnIt offers free shipping on orders of $39 or more and a 30-day money-back guarantee on items purchased from our eBay store — contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return.
Items are sold as-is, with condition disclosed at the time of listing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PreOwnIt is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of items purchased.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
We may update these terms as the site and business evolve. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
